The 12 Universal Laws and How they Influence Us

The Universal Source of Energy or Force is present in the whole universe and manifests itself through all.  This intelligent energy consciously manages the whole cosmos and maintains it in everlasting harmony with the help of universal laws, and today I would like to review how the main 12 Universal laws influence all of us.

Aside from the 12 Universal Laws there are 7 Universal Laws or Principles by which everything in the Universe is governed as well.  The Universe exists in perfect harmony by virtue of these Laws which are Ancient mystical, esoteric and secret teachings dating back over 5,000 years from Ancient Egypt to Ancient Greece all have as their common thread these seven Laws of the Universe.

According to The Kybalion – Hermetic Philosophy, which is a book published in 1908 claiming to be the essence of the teachings of Hermes Trismegistus, the 7 LAWS are:

1 - The Principle of Mentalism - Immutable

2 - The Principle of Correspondence - Immutable

3 - The Principle of Vibration - Immutable

4 - The Principle of Polarity - Mutable

5 - The Principle of Rhythm - Mutable

6 - The Principle of Cause and Effect - Mutable

7 - The Principle of Gender - Mutable

Of the seven Universal Laws, the first three are immutable, eternal laws, meaning they are absolute and can never be changed; they have always existed and will always exist. The other four laws are mutable laws meaning that they can be transcended to create your ideal reality.

Aside from these 7 Universal Laws described in the Kybalion, the 12 Universal Laws which some have resonance with the 7 or are even identical,  are without a doubt  extremely important for a better and more profound understanding of how life works.

12 Universal Laws:

1 - The Law of Divine Oneness - everything is connected to everything else. What we think, say, do and believe will have a corresponding effect on others and the universe around us. It is because of this law, we say we are one.

2 - Law of Vibration - Everything in the Universe moves, vibrates and travels in circular patterns, the same principles of vibration in the physical world apply to our thoughts, feelings, desires and wills in the Etheric world. Each sound, thing, and even thought has its own vibrational frequency, unique unto itself.

3 - Law of Action - Must be employed in order for us to manifest things on earth. We must engage in actions that supports our thoughts dreams, emotions and words.

4 - Law of Correspondence - This Universal Law states that the principles or laws of physics that explain the physical world energy, light, vibration, and motion have their corresponding principles in the etheric or universe  -  “as above, so below".

5 - Law of Cause and Effect - Nothing happens by chance or outside the Universal Laws. Every Action (including thought) has a reaction or consequence - "we reap what we sow".

6 - Law of Compensation - The Universal Law is the Law of Cause and effect applied to blessings and abundance that are provided for us. The visible effects of our deeds are given to us in gifts, money, inheritances, friendships and blessings.

7 - Law of Attraction - Demonstrates how we create the things, events and people that come into our lives. Our thoughts, feelings, words, and actions produce energies which, in turn attract like energies. Negative energies attract negative energies and positive energies attract positive energies.

8 - The Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy – Each person has within them the power to change the conditions of their lives. Higher vibrations consume and transform lower ones; thus, each of us can change the energies in our lives by understanding the Universal Laws and applying the principles in such a way as to effect the change desired.

9 - Law of Relativity - The Law of Relativity is all about the neutrality of things when seen in isolation. It’s all relative and according to the different perspective of who is experiencing or seeing. 

10 -Law of Polarity - Everything is on a continuum and has an opposite. We can suppress and transform undesirable thoughts by concentrating on the opposite pole. It is the law of mental vibrations.

11 - Law of Rhythm - Everything vibrates and moves to certain rhythms. These rhythms establish seasons, cycles, stages of development, and patterns. Each cycle reflects the regularity of God's Universe. Masters know how to rise above negative parts of a cycle by never getting to excited or allowing negative things to penetrate their consciousness.

12 - Law of Gender - The law of gender manifests in all as masculine and feminine. It is this law that governs what we know as creation. The law of gender manifests in the animal kingdom as sex. This law decrees everything in nature is both male and female. Both are required for life to exist.

These laws are constant, mathematically precise, balanced and graceful. They regulate with absolute precision all aspects of creation - all events, conditions and circumstances experienced by everyone personally or collectively.

These laws apply to everyone, irrespective of age, nationality, geographic location, gender, educational background, world view or social status – whether you admit it or not.

When you live and work with a better understanding of these laws, your life will start to flow in harmony.

These Universal Laws are not the same as the laws of the world, country governments,  or the “law of man” where they can be broken and punishment decreed as being sent to jail, for instance. The law of man can be broken, but no Law of Nature can be broken. Nature knows no violation of her laws. 

There are consequences though - what we, as humans refer to as suffering simply comes up when we are not in harmony with the laws of nature  - when we´re not working with them. It is therefore a consequence – not a punishment.

It is fundamental to understand them and by using them, by changing the circumstances of your life, you can consciously create your intended reality and achieve true mastery.

Once you understand, apply and align yourself with these 12 Universal Laws and How they Influence Us, you will then experience transformation in every area of your life beyond that which you have ever dared to imagine was possible,  and the savoring of your existence will be much more intense and stimulating.
